Clean day counts for tax advisers
In short
Instead of reconstructing a client's year from calendar invites and boarding passes, TaxDin gives you their daily record in one place: invite-based admin access to the client's account, per-tax-year summaries, and a multi-sheet Excel export built for filing work.
How advisers use TaxDin
- Clients invite you as an admin — full view and edit access, without being a tracked person
- Excel export with daily records, per-tax-year and per-calendar-year tallies, and days by country
- A filing summary per person: UK days, UK workdays, UAE and Singapore days at a glance
- Manual edits are protected from re-imports, so your corrections stick
The numbers behind the readouts
Every automated readout — SRT ties, Section 6 tests, the 183-day badge — is derived from the same daily record you can inspect and export. Nothing is a black box: you can always trace a count back to the days behind it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own TaxDin account?
Your client invites you by email as an admin; you sign up with your own credentials through the invite link and see their family's data.
Can I correct a client's records?
Yes — admins can add and edit days. Manual corrections are flagged and protected from being overwritten by later spreadsheet imports.
